David Freeze is a fitness enthusiast, certified running coach and adventurer. David lives on a small farm near China Grove, NC. As an author and free lance writer, he often shares his faith experiences with others. David has two daughters, has over 86,000 running miles and 24 marathons completed, plus has now solo cycled in 49 states with the recently completed Nevada to Alaska trip. Hawaii is on tap for March 2020 to complete all 50 states.
He is the long time president of the Salisbury Rowan Runners and enjoys volunteering in his available time for various organizations like Meals on Wheels, the Rowan County YMCA, United Way, Healthy Rowan and others.
David encourages others to be active, to dream and be determined to better themselves and others.
